Spending the day on the links and the evening enjoying locally crafted brews makes for an excellent combination. These two golf courses and two breweries in New Albany, Indiana, make for the perfect foursome. Tee up some fun for an awesome golf weekend in New Albany.
The 6900 yard, 18 hole, par 72 course is just minutes away from Louisville and is one of the best golf courses in New Albany. Situated along a towering wooded hillside, the autumn foliage is breathtaking during the months of late September and October. The bentgrass greens are sneaky, with subtle breaks that are hard to detect without playing multiple rounds. Water hazards, sand, and grass bunkers are all part of what makes our course such a great challenge!
A Medieval-inspired brewpub with tavern fare, Floyd County Brewing Company offers great craft beer, wine, bourbon, and cocktail selection. They have a full-service dining menu featuring steak, seafood, burgers, and of course, Turkey Legs. Finish with the best bourbon bread pudding on this side of the moon. Floyd County Brewing Company’s beers are brewed on-site and can only be found at the Brew Haus and The Grain Haus! On the go? Stop in for a 1/2 gallon Growler or pack of 32oz Crowler cans to carry out. Entertainment, such as trivia and music, is also a big feature of this brewing company!
Formerly known as New Albany Country Club. The nine-hole public golf course is located in the middle of New Albany. Voted Golf Course of The Year in 2013 in the state of Indiana. They also offer assistance in putting together events. They are open from March to November.
NABC’s Public House & Pizzeria is a renowned specialty beer bar and taproom. At least 25 hand-selected draft beers from around the country and the world are featured every day. They have roughly 250 selections encompassing all beer styles!

Built by brothers William and James Banes, it was one of the most striking homes on Main Street. The Culbertson Mansion represents the lifestyles of the Victorian fortune-makers and the lifestyles of the servant staff.
